While I draw from a diverse range of therapeutic modalities – including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) – I understand the importance of tailoring my approach to your specific needs.
